The Happy Prince is my – and my son's – favourite Theatre of Image production. We at Kim Carpenter's Theatre of Image are proud to present the encore season of The Happy Prince – the acclaimed classic production of Oscar Wilde's Classic Fairytale at The Seymour Theatre Centre in June & July.

The Happy Prince has been adapted by award-winning Australian children's author and playwright, Richard Tulloch (Bananas In Pyjamas – ABC-TV; the film FernGully II: The Magical Rescue and Carnival of The Animals – for Theatre of Image). It is an ideal school holiday entertainment treat (and would also make for a highly-prized birthday gift for any child).

Come to the Opening Performance and meet Director/Designer Kim Carpenter and the cast at the party after the show.  Get dressed up as Happy Princes and Happy Princesses, Colourful Swallows and Heavenly Angels - and win special book prizes for the best costumes.
