Tuesday 15 May - The St Kilda Film Festival today announced the Top 100 short films chosen to screen at this years festival. In its 24th year the St Kilda Film Festival provides a unique platform for Australian filmmakers to showcase a diversity of short films. "We received an incredible number of outstanding Australian short films this year - it really is encouraging to see so many new talents emerge among our regular favourites each year. Thanks to technological advances and new digital formats, short film culture is now much more diverse in form and content - anyone can go out, grab a camera and create - and this year's St Kilda Film Festival proves that more then ever - people are"
