Formerly known as Millennium Entertainment, Alchemy has recently rebranded itself under the direction of CEO Bill Lee.
The deal is worth at least $1.5 million, multiple individuals familiar with the deal said, and calls for a multi-platform release as well as a theatrical commitment in 15 U.S. markets. Wild Bunch will handle foreign sales with Transmission distributing in Australia and New Zealand. CAA is negotiating the deal on behalf of the filmmakers.
